Nutrient-dense yams fries really are a healthy option to standard Fried potatoes, and odds are they'll get devoured just like rapidly. Serve these enticing oven fries being an after-school snack or perhaps a side dish — they're going as well with sandwiches and poultry hamburgers or roast chicken and seafood. Use organic sweet taters, if at all possible, because they are not peeled. If you are not keen on raw garlic clove, you can omit it.
